Spoilt for
choice - an explanation of our price categories
There are literally hundreds of vacation homes and
apartments that you can rent from us, so to help you
they are categorized by price into easy to understand
groups. The higher priced homes are, of course, the
best.
Whichever price
you pay though, you can be sure that the home will be as
described on our web site and will be fully equipped
with cutlery, crockery, bed - linen and towels to offer
superb value for money.
Budget
These are all comfortably
furnished apartments with shared swimming pools and are
in great locations very close to the Orlando attractions
or the beach.
If you are looking
for an economical place to stay near the Orlando
attractions or some of the best beaches the USA has to
offer then this is it.
The apartments all
have one or two separate bedrooms for 2 or 4 people. Two
other members of the party can sleep on a double sleep /
sofa in the lounge or we will supply them with two
single rollaway beds so the apartments can sleep a total
of 4 or 6 people. On - site, there is a convenient coin
operated laundry.
Bargain
These homes are more
spacious than the apartments and will sleep up to 6
people. They are therefore more suitable for parties of
adults when space is important. The homes are all in
small groups or clusters very close to local facilities.
Value and Family
These are detached
homes with their own private pools. They are of similar
size and standards as homes in the higher price
categories but are situated in quieter more countrified
areas of the Gulf Coast or in older developments in the
Orlando area.
Select
These are our most
popular homes. They are similar in style to Value homes
but are in the more established and well-known areas of
the Gulf Coast and the newer developments in the Orlando
area . These locations will offer you easier access to
the attractions in Orlando, and on the Gulf Coast they
are closer to better beaches and more social activities
than those found in Value and Family home locations.
Premier
These homes are
one of a kind and are for the truly discerning visitor
who wants a home where owners have spent a great deal of
money and effort on furnishings and décor to suit their
own chosen Florida lifestyle. These are some of the best
we have to offer and you will be living amongst some of
the wealthiest citizens of this beautiful country in
highly sought after locations which can include lavish
Golf and Country Clubs and waterside estates. This is
one of our higher priced categories, but if you want to
splurge on a holiday you can remember all your life,
this is the category to select.
Waterside
If you want to be
on one of the beautiful offshore islands and very close
to the beach within a 5 to 10 minute drive of the Gulf
of Mexico then these homes are for you and you will be
joining some of the world - famous celebrities who have
chosen them for their own vacation in the past.
They are not cheap - no waterside property is - but you
will be living close to some of the best beaches in the
entire USA where you can experience the fascinating
wildlife and glorious sunsets common to this part of
Florida.
On the white sandy beaches close by you will be able to
watch families of dolphins at play and see pelicans
diving for their dinner as you soak up the sun.
These homes are fully equipped just the same as those in
other categories but are furnished and decorated in a
more casual and practical style than those in other
price groups. The Gulf of Mexico is close by for all
your swimming and watersports, so not all of the homes
have a swimming pool. We doubt that you will miss it.
